Today’s achievements:

Cooper – Finished the back cover. +20XP >> Level Up.

Chris – Finished the writing on the back cover. It took some heavy brainstorming until it became perfect. +15XP.

6 Days!

Today’s achievements:

Cooper – 99% of the back cover done. Managing details now. 5 More images to finish.

Chris – Finished last contribution to the appendix. Thinking about “What to write on the back of the book?” and also “Should we add a cool image on the first page or just the title?”

8 more sunsets to go!

Today’s accomplishments:

Cooper – Halfway through the back cover. Looking good. Needs adjustment for width.

Chris – One more page for the appendix. Not rushed, just perfect.

Today’s Achievements:

Cooper – Finished another illustration, working his flank off. He has 5 more to go, including the back cover. The front cover is done and it looks AMAZING!

Chris – Made another page for the appendix which should enrich your overall reading experience. Working on an illustration as well for one of the chapters.

10 Days until we send it!

We’re starting this countdown for you. This way, you will know exactly what we’re wrapping up here.

Our deadline is 30th of October. 

This is NOT a release countdown. This is a countdown to the day where the manuscript is 100% finalized and sent to the publishers.

Here we go.

Today’s achievements:

– Cooper is finishing up another illustration. Six more to go, as planned, along with the back cover.

– Chris will add his own contribution to the illustrations as he will start working on one tomorrow. Today, he planned out the schedule for the final things that need to be added to the book, including another short appendix-page.

The written part of “Trap Me!” is done. Yep, done. Completely. To the last little dot.

If you are curious:

• it went through roughly 7 drafts and a half before finishing the final version of the manuscript
• we just realized that we forgot to add a little thing in a paragraph — so we just did. Really. Two minutes ago.
• the book had been read by someone who is neither gay nor a furry and he loved it. That’s a good sign. 🙂

We’ve gone through a LOT of complicated issues, more or less, all while trying to find the best way to bring our finished book into your eager paws.

One More Chapter to Go!

Hello! Yes, yes, yes! We’re back. Worked very, very hard but we’re back!

 

Yes, we are almost done, including that extra chapter we talked about. Here comes the most interesting part in a novel – tying everything together.

 

Why interesting? Well, this is the part where worries become very intense.

 

“Is it really that good?” , “What if this is all silly?” , “Perhaps I should just rewrite the past 5 chapters.”
